Can I order 1 book and still get a 30 percent discount? Yes! We never have minimums.

We need our books in a hurry, can you expedite? Yes. It's best to call us with dates and deadlines to make sure we can meet your needs. Our top priority is to save you money, so we will do our best to keep the freight cost low. We will call you before authorizing any expedited shipping.

Can I have a book ordered if it is not in your catalog or on your website? Is there a minimum amount of copies required? Of course you can! Just let us know what you need. And no, there is never a minimum order with us.

I need my price quote back quick--how fast can you send it back? We aim for 48 hours. If time is of the essence, we can prioritize your list and return it even faster!

We have funding that we don't want to lose, can you work with us? We offer the never-lose-your-funding guarantee. Call for details.

Now that we bought all these books, what do we do with them? We have a team that can visit you and help you set your classroom up! Call us!

Do you offer staff development? Yes! We offer many types of staff development through our partners. We have relationships with the best in the business including Lester Laminack, Reba Wadsworth, Ralph Fletcher, and dozens of others. All workshops are tailored to meet your needs.

Can I design my own custom Classroom Library? Yep, you can do it yourself or we can help you choose the right books. We love matching books to readers!

I need a customized set of books that correlate to a particular program; can you provide the materials as well as package other materials we have bought from other vendors? We sure can! We offer 3rd party fulfillment options with our partner Clark Logistic Services. Contact us for a custom quote.

Do you offer special packaging configurations? Yes, all of our sets come organized in classroom display boxes. If you need special packaging, just let us know and we will take care of it for you! We ship your material in the display box ready to go--just open and teach! Our boxes and materials are made from recycled materials. We do our best to limit plastics such as shrink wrap and other non-reusable materials.

I have a complaint, who do I speak with? The president of the company, of course! We can't fix it if we don't know about it. We promise to make it right. Send the president, Ben Conn, an email with any concerns. You can always reach him on his cell too. 516-369-0087

We want to make you a contracted vendor. Do you offer contract pricing? We do--please contact us for more information so we may discuss your specific needs.

Where do your reading levels come from? We can provide the source of levels of all of our materials. Our levels come from a host of different sources including our own staff. We stand behind our levels and if there is ever a problem with a title inappropriately leveled, we will make good on it.

We need extra leveled labels; can you send them to us? We sure can, or you can download them for free online! Call or email for your special needs.

Do you accept Credit Cards? Yes, we accept all major credit cards including American Express!

I would like our paperback books converted into durable hard cover editions--do you offer this service? We offer this service through our exclusive binding partner, the HF Group. The cost for this service is 5.00 per book. For quantities of 25 and more, we can even place the organization's name on the book at no extra cost! Call for quotes on bigger quantities.

Do my Classroom Libraries include instructional materials? Our sets have teacher's guides when appropriate.

My school is overseas; can I still order? Yes, but it is usually best to secure a freight forwarder. We can take care of it for you.

You're not contracted in my district, but I want your materials! No problem. We can usually take care of all paperwork within a day or two.

Are you a sole source vendor? Yes, we have proprietary lines (that means you can get them only from us) and our Classroom Libraries are not available through other sources. All Classroom Libraries are registered with RR Bowker's Books-In-Print Data base. You will not find these materials on Amazon or Barnes and Noble's website.

How many titles do you stock? We have speedy access to over 100,000 titles and stock over 10,000 titles.

How many leveled titles do you have? We have the largest selection of leveled titles on the planet! We can customize any number of different requirements you may have.
